Residents are looked after in a safe, caring environment where all the staff team are specifically trained to be able to manage the changing needs of our residents. The staff team are asked to be patient, tolerant and kind, smiling and attentive, as well as observant, supportive and always encouraging. We recognise the value of ensuring residents feel that they are important and that their needs as an individual are met. Each resident has a key worker committed to getting to know the individual, exploring their hobbies and interests. Our focus on person centred care and the interaction between staff and residents fosters friendship and trust. Our staff do not wear uniforms, which contributes to the homely atmosphere and promotes a sense of familiarity, informality, safety and security.

Innovative care planning software allows us to deliver quality, individual care safely and consistently. Care planning is thorough, with data inputted and accessed digitally, so that information is comprehensive, informative, and immediately accessible. We can monitor and audit data efficiently, to ensure that necessary adjustments are implemented swiftly.

Inglewood is registered as a Residential Care Home which can also provide specialist Dementia care. Residents are offered care and support in a residential setting. They are encouraged to live their lives as they wish, enjoying the independence of which they are capable, whilst receiving the support that they may need. We strive to deliver person centred care of the best quality, ensuring compliance with the Care Home Regulation Act and the Care Standards Act 2014.
